Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

If there is no per-agreement as to a Polygraph exam. In a Florida civil action can the Defendant inform the judge/jury that the plaintiff refused to take a polygraph exam? Conversely, Can the Plaintiff inform the judge/jury that he passed a Polygraph exam.
