The wrong patient name? the wrong medication name? You don't really give enough facts to know anything. Printing the wrong name either way gives no cause of action unless someone is harmed due to the error.

Whether or not an actual injury occurred is critical to determine whether there are any damages to pursue on your behalf

If there was an actual, physical injury resulting from the error, then consulting an attorney to review the particular circumstances would be prudent.

If there was no actual injury, and all that occurred was a near-miss or "almost got hurt" scenario, then you would have zero damages. There would be no basis to file a time-consuming lawsuit. The pharmacy may have offered money for the inconvenience, but there are no substantive damages under such circumstances.
