Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I had a slip and fall at a sweetbay grocery store i was walking down the aisle and i slipped on some oil that was spilled I dont know how long that was standing there and there was a woman right next to me when I fell and she was the one who called one of the workers a d told them someone fell. I fell on my left knee the manager got me ice and asked questions and got my information he asked if I would like an ambulance I said yes the hospital checked me out did only xrays and said it was fine and it was a knee contusion however my pain is not going away and nobody has called me from the grocery store can I make a law suit? the hospital did tell me to see an orthopedic in a week

For the grocery to be responsible since July 2013, they had to have notice of the foreign substance and sufficient time to get rid of it. Hire an attorney familiar with this area of law asap.
