Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I went to Walmart and I cut my arm on a metal piece next to the cashier. I started bleeding so the cashier called to get a band aid. I filled out an accident report and left. Later on in the day I went to the hospital becuase my arm started swelling up and it was hurting. I called the walmarts claim department and they told me that they couldn't pay for any medical bills and I had to wait 2 weeks to 30 days to get an answer. Can I sue them?
