A woman sees a man trying to commit suicide by ingesting bleach and goes into shock. Another person sees this and calls an ambulance, which takes an hour to arrive at the scene of an accident (usual response time is 25 minutes). The victim dies and the woman suffers from server depression. Can the woman or the victim's family sue the ambulance company?
