Injury from faulty product design
I bought a pair of inflatable swim wings for my two year old daughter. She wore them for about two hours in the pool while we were swimming she started pulling at them so i took them off.When I removed them the skin was red and bleeding,Now it is two days later and her arm is really hurting her.Do I have a case?

You may if a doctor can connect the injury to the proper use of the product. Suggest you take photos of the injury.
