Starting a moonwalk (bounce house) business. Do I need an attorney to type up a waiver form for the customer to sign or can I make my own with the rules and regulations to follow and have customer sign. I will have insurance. Thanks....Future small business owner...

You can do it yourself, but I would contact your insurance company and ask them to provide you with a form. They will (or should) be happy to do so.
