Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I bought a home from a limited liability company who went bankrupt. Now my house is included in bankruptcy which I do not understand because I have paid for the house since 2006 a monthly loan. Now I have a letter that another company wants to sell me the home again. Can I get help to save my home. Someone bought a title certificate and is attempting to sell me my house again. Please help. I have a warranty deed since Aug 1, 2006.
