Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I was trying to buy a house and I put up my earnest money of $2000.00 and I do not want the house because the internet site misrepresented the house saying it had 3 bathrooms and it only 2 bathroom . so I want to know if I can get my earnest money back ? I signed the contract and I put up the earnest money before I did a walk through. The internet site has a discloser that says they are not responsable for any mispri.nt.

Your contract controls. What does it provide in terms of what the house contains. In all likelihood the website information is not going to help you get out of the contract. Seek some legal advice on what to do now. Also, next time seek legal help before signing such a contract.
