Co-Ownership Question

My parents and grandparents jointly bought a plot of land equally 20 acres. The property is not divided, the 4 of them equally own the whole lot. Is there a way for my grandparents to sign over their share of the co-ownership of the property to me without my parent's having to sign any documents?
