Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

There is an easement on a swale in our back yard for street water drainage. Recently maintenance was done on the swale to return it to its original depth. Would either the contractor or the county be responsible for returning the lawn and irrigation pipes, back to its original condition, prior to maintenance?

yes, if they damaged their condition.
