Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Florida -- I gave tenant 3 day notice to pay balance of unpaid rent for prior month, and the current month upon late date and asked in full or quit. The tenant is wanting to pay paritals again and balance in two week. I know if I accept the partial it kills the 3 day notice to evict; but if I accept partial can I then give another 3 day notice for unpaid balances and move forward to court is not satisfied.

You can accept partial payment and pursue eviction. This assumes you don't agree to forego pursuit as part of acceptance. You can send out a new 3 day notice after the partial and additional money is due.
