Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Just formed a company called StoreIT Depot to acquire and/or develop self storage rental without bailmnet.

Does having the word Depot in the legal entity name cause for concern or intent that would generate a bailment concern? Hope not.

Typically a self-storage operator doesn't have bailment over the goods. They are more like a landlord renting space to tenants. You should do a state and federal trademark search of the business name to make sure you are not infringing anyone's trademark. If you require legal help to set up your business, please do not hesitate to contact me.
