Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Hello,

I Have signed a lease on a room in a house which ends in january. I have expressed to the landlord that I want to get out of the lease and move. First the tenant said that I had to find a new tenant myself and now she said that she expect me to be out of the room by the end of may, What can I do in my situation, she can't kick me out, but if she said she expect me to be out of the room by end of may she has to end the lease early right? And if she does what amount of money can I expect she is charging because right now she said that she exoect me to be out of the house by end of may, but still to pay rent for 2 additional month and forget about my deposit - can she do that?

Your lease agreement controls the rights and obligations. you need the actual lease to be reviewed. Cannot answer your questions without seeing the actual lease.
