Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have a second home in Daytona Beach that I was using as a rental property.

My son lost his job so I let him and his wife live there as long as they paid the bills and maintained it for me.

My son left his wife for another woman. I have let his wife stay there while her disability case is pending. She was working full time before but now is disabled and I am not sure how long this will take. She also has a disabled child who lives at the house.

I would like her to leave because my son and his girlfriend lost their place and now want to move there instead.

How do I get my daughter-in-law (they are still legally married), to move out so that my son can move in. I am in New York and my son lives in Florida.

Thank you

You discuss it with her and try to reach an agreement. You could sue to evict if there was any rental paid or you would have to sue for ejectment. The lawsuits should be a last resort.
