Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I just had a house foreclosed with tenants in it and the foreclosure was fully disclosed as I was fighting it. There was no notice of sale received and after an emergency hearing I still lost the house, The tenants had just signed a new lease and what am I obligated to do with their security deposit and last months rent? I want to do the right thing.

You should give the lease and rents to the new owner. Advise your tenant.
