My husband intentionally wrote the Warranty Deed as " Unmarried man ", is this legal to do? We are legally married since 2007

It is legal, but inappropriate and will not change your ownership IF you live at the property and are legally married. Depending on the mortgage that exists, you can get your husband to execute a quit claim deed transferring the property to both of you. seek legal guidance to make sure it is done correctly
