Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My ex husband still live in our home together. I'm only on the note but I quit claimed owner ship to him so we are jointly on the deed. He now wants me to move out or he will have me evicted

We live in Brevard county Florida

Can he do this??

If he owns the property, you likely can be removed. You may have some homestead rights, but i am curious what your divorce decree provides with regard to the house ownership and payment on the note. Have an attorney review that document.
