Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

what legal obligation does a power of attorey have when a person dieds. My wife aunt died and owned approx $100,000 on her house does this have to be paid by the relatieves. The house is worth $55,000.

Mr. Slater is correct. An attorney in fact has no obligations either way, only the right to act in the place of the other individual for the appointed purposes.
