Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

my lender has won summary judgment and sale of my home. i am still in my home fighting them under rule 1.540 b-5. they have set me letters and have advised the CFPB that my loan number is different from the one they filed with the courts to obtain this judgment, I have since learned the original loan is fraudulent and the loan and loan number they filed foreclosure under is not mine. the courts in florida just say to bad your time barred. What can I do when they now claim a new loan number is only delinquent and the loan number they foreclosed under is just an ID number

While it is probably not what you wish to hear, you would be best served to meet with a qualified attorney immediately. There may be options, but none of them will get better with time. Good Luck.
