Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in Florida. when my parents passed we inherited 3 paid off timeshares. we did not know we could refuse them and have been paying the yearly maintenance fees. we do not use them. how can we legally get out of this obligation and not have it passed down to our children?

If you put them in your name you own them. If left in the estate name you personally are not responsible.
