Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

mobile home sale

I own the mobile home but i pay rent for the land. I want to sell but the park owner want to buy it only $1500, I bought it $7500, (4/2) it's remodeled (all tile, new roof, new kitchen) do I have a right to sell for somebody else? What happen if the park don't like the new owner? Do I have to return the money?

Read your documents. They should indicate who you can sell to.
