Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My mother owes me a susbtantial amount of money. She is offering to sign over a property that she owns in Florida as payment. She lives in the Uk and is a Uk citizen I am also a UK citizen but living in France. My question is how can this be done and can it be done without us travelling to the US?

Yes. A deed needs to executed and filed in the County where the property is located.
