Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We have nebulous by-laws. Can I have different guests stay with me throughout the year, or can by-laws restrict the total number of days of all days of different guests to be 30 days within six months? I am a single owner and have a two bedroom two bath unit in Broward County. I am not renting or charging my friends. If I am away, can my guests legally stay in my home for less than 30 days? First guests, cousin and wife stay for three weeks. Next month my brother and wife stay for three weeks. Is this legal?
