Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Neighbors trees are so overgrown that they cover half of my property. He refuses to trim them and says he will sue me if I touch them. What support should I have to defend myself if I trim and he sues?

The trees are tresspassing on your property. You have the right to trim them back if they encroach over your property line. You also have the right to sue your neighbor for the cost of having them removed/trimmed if they will not do so.
