power of attorney form

my deceased mother owned a mobile home in Clearwater, FL...what powr of attorney form is used for transfer of ownership to my brother and myself...I can't afford an atty & hope to get this particular form downloaded & have it notarized myself without atty fees...my brother's atty will draw up the actual ownership deed into both of our names...thank you for any help you can offer

If it is just the mobile home, and not the land, you can get the transfer forms from the State of Florida, Department of Motor Vehicles website. IF there is a lease to a mobile home park, you may also have forms to file with the park. Good luck.

The Power of Attorney necessary to transfer a motor vehicle including a mobile home can be found at:

It can only be signed by a person who is alive, however. In order to transfer the interest of your deceased mother, you will need to file an estate which must be handled by a Florida attorney.
