can quick deeds be voided if seller didn't know mortgage payment was made?

A quit claim deed can be reversed by the now owner transferring his/her interest back to the original owner. Otherwise, it cannot just be reversed. If it fails for consideration that is a complicated type of legal action that would need to be filed in Circuit Court.
