We (buyers) and the seller have made a cash agreement between ourselves and have downloaded our own contract. How can we cancel our attorneys contracts?

Re: Real Estate Purchase

You'll have to look at the terms of any contract you want to terminate. Consult an attorney if you need clarifiction.

You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. By reading the "Response" to your question or comment, you agree that the opinion expressed is not intended to, nor does it, create any attorney-client relationship, nor does it constitute legal advice to any person reviewing such nformation, nor will it be considered an attorney-client privileged communication. If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.

I am not sure what contract you are referring to. Is the contract for legal services or for the sale and purchase of the property?

If it is for the sale and purchase of the property, then the parties can make an agreement and if both sign it, then it should be valid. If the contract is for legal services, then it would depend on the terms of the agreeement. You should meet with the attorney and discuss what you want to do and see how it can be accomplished.
