How To Recover Property From Foreclosure Sale
A foreclosure sale took place 28 Sep 04; appears plaintiff purchased for $100; we rec'd certificate of sale today (30 Sep 04); must file objection within 10 days. There are several key factors surrounding this situation, i.e., bankruptcy, FL Statutes not followed (business practices), Property belongs to 89 year old. Found out too late about Reverse Mortgage. How can we save this property?
