how can you remove a trustee from your deed legal.i was told to put a trust on my deed when i was in forclourse,but is was a scam. the company is a in exitance.i was one of the fortune one to get modification

, but the deed is in the trustee name still

You're going to need the trustee to sign a quit claim deed back to you. You can ask nicely, but if they refuse, you may have to file suit to get it done.
