I am in a reverse morgage and i am 77 yr old i would like to sell this house, it is just to much for me to care for, also it is becoming more for me to have money to even maintain ins and property taxes what are some of my best options

Seek help from a local real estate attorney. Since you got a reverse mortgage there may be more equity in the property and you can get additional funds to help with the maintenance or upkeep. If not, you would need to list with a competent broker to sell the property. Discuss all these issues with a real estate attorney.
