Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am doing a short sale of my primary residence house in Florida"as is" that my ex husband quit claimed to me. He has died. I have remarried and will be moving to Idaho where my new husband lives.

The real estate agent says the bank wants my husband (I guess new one) to sign the closing papers. I don't think he should. What do you think?

It sure couldn't be the ex. No problem in having him sign, since he is your spouse.
