Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I signed second deed to my brother in law, I still live in the house, mortgage remains under my name, now he's filed for eviction. What do I need to do to get my name off the mortgage?

Doubt lender will agree. The owner must refinance.

If he owns the house due to the deed transfer, he can evict. You cannot get your name off the loan unless the bank agrees to accept your removal.
