Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

when i sold my house the buyer had to get a loan for the purchase of the house. at the time of signing the papers the third party ( which was a person not a bank) became the primary morgage holder and i became the secoundary morgage holder. Now the buyer has not paid his loan and has vacated the house. who owns my house?

You need to take all of your papers to a real estate attorney, who can determine the facts of your case, and then apply the law to the facts. You have entered the world of foreclosure, and this is not a place for novices. It doesn't sound like you own the house, it sounds like you have a financial interest that is subject to a superior interest. Not a good position to be in.
