my rights to the property where I live with my husband for 6 years, he has return mortgage (insured) but my name is not in the documents. he lives here for 22 years

the facts you have stated do not give enough background information to give an exact answer. However,if you were married(legally in fl)to your husband you could be entilted to spousal rights if he were to die(A life estate)and if the property were sold or financed most lenders would require to sign the documents(if they are aware you are married). The best way to determine you rights would be to send me via e-mail all the facts -when he bought the property,what you mean by return mortgage(insured),how much and what type of mortgage did your husband take when he purchased this property

does he want you name on the property as a co-owner.This is important because he has been living ?paying the mortgage ? for 22yrs.
