Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Tree branches in my backyard flow to my neighbor's yard. When leaves fall and on her yard, she rakes the leaves, cuts branches and dumps all trimmings/leaves on my yard over the fence. I do not mind that she cuts the branches if they bother her, however; I don't believe she should trash my backyard. What are the regulations that protect me and my neighbor? I would like to know if it is my responsibility to trim the tree so that the leaves/branches do not bother her or affect her swimming pool.

Thank you,

She is not permitted to dump leaves that fall on her property back onto your property.
