Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

trust

I live in a Homeowner Association, and I would like to know if a trust with a beneficary is a member of the community even if the home is not registered as a trust on the property tax.

I live in Florida, and would like to know this.

Whichever entity owns the home is a member of the Association. If the house is not titled in the name of the trust (as you say it is not registered as a trust on the property tax) then it cannot be a member of the Association.
