Unlawful realtor practices

In the state of florida is it legal for a realtor (who is selling our home for us) to give out the lock box combination to anyone, even if it's not a licenced realtor?

In Arizona my understanding is that when a realtor enters the electronic code it makes a record of who has entered the property. that doesn't work with non realtors. It is not intended that "Lookie Lous" have access.

While not illegal, it certainly smacks of carelessness and a breach of her fiduciary duty.
