Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

I have a 17 year old sister whose athletic coach has repeatedly made sexual advances towards. He is 26 and we live in the state of Florida. They have not engaged in any sexual activities but is there a law against this? What are her rights?

There are laws that protect people from unwanted sexual advances. If this is happening in a school setting then it should be reported to the school officials and let them investigate.
