Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

male on male (both child)

I have recently received a complaint from a male student, that another male student has been harassing him, and trying to begin a gay relationship with him. It is unknown if the ''victim'' in this case is straight or gay, but the one making advances has been spreading rumors of a relationship. Although this type of orientation is becoming more and more accepted in this day and age, the ''victim'' does not appreciate the advances, and recently fought the other student. The mother of the student wants to pursue some sort of sexual harrassment case, but there is only one documented incident. Are there any criminal law violation according to Florida State Statutes? I haven't seen anything in any of the Statute Books.

Re: male on male (both child)

If there was any physical contact and/or touching there may be a battery claim which can be both criminal and civil. They need to have a consult with an attorney, preferably one who is knows both criminal and civil law.
