Legal Question in Social Security Law in Florida

I was just hospitalized for viral phemonia. When they did the blood work I was diagnostic with HIV. Question is I was just turned down for disability do I qualify. For it now.that I have HIV?

This is always a question of degree, how serious is the new condition? I have had several clients with HIV that never missed a day from work. If you feel you cannot work you need to reapply and let the Judge make a decision.
