Legal Question in Social Security Law in Florida

I'm trying to become my own repayee through social security. I don't have a primary physician. Would a court document from a judge work?

Social Security is not bound by State court decisions, probably a state court document will not help. Best to have your own doctor in support. You state you do not have a primary care physician; be aware your benefits may be revoked, SSA is required to review all disability and SSI files and usually will try to suspend/revoke benefits if no medical care for over one year..
