Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

On May 23rd I was driving north in my 2002 ford expedition xlt, a 63 year old woman pulled out from a hospital crossing two lanes and going over a solid double yellow line causing us to impact each other, my vehicle actually ran over her car (at fault driver Toyota rav 4) as I noticed her in the vehicle I spotted her wearing thick black glasses like the kind you where when having your eyes checked. My total repair bill came to roughly 5k which isn't allot in a accident but its not the damage that determines the person injuries, after the accident I got horribly sick missing two weeks of high school, My medical bills came to 25k from having bulging discs that would repeatedly come back up, cervicalgia, laxity of ligaments, TMJ syndrome, confusion of face/scalp/neck displacement of cervical disc without myelopathy also a dislocated jaw on both sides requiring a lot of attention from chiropractor the doctor suggested surgery to clear it but being only 17 at the time I did not want to go through that right now so the chiropractor payed of most of my clicks in my jaw are slightly gone but are still there. I can't landscape or play sports anymore from back damage and being 17 I wanted to do swimming by chiropractor told me no when I went to get a letter to swim. I'm now 18 and the lawsuit is still going on it was originally me and my mother (because I was a minor at the time) but now since I'm 18 they can only speak to me and contact me. My lawyer sent a demand out February 22nd for 113,462.68 the insurance company came back offering me only 10k I rejected then another or 12k so finally I had enough because I have to pay all my medical bills off my insurance only payed 10k so I contacted my lawyer and told them I will not accept anything lower then 25k to pay off medical bills I haven't heard from then in a couple of weeks I'm letting them battle it out. do any of you guys have any tips for me to do or help? what do you guys think my settlement is worth?

No attorney on here is going to, nor should they, second guess what you're attorney is doing. You posted this in traffic law, but this question is really more of a personal injury question, and since you already have an attorney, you should be discussing this with them. They may be busy, but insist that they talk to you about your case so that you don't need to post questions on here.
