Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

I have been arrested for DWLSR multiple times. Most recently on 2-12-13.I was not aware they were suspended. I paid the fine and now have my license back yet I am potentially facing a felony charge. I can't afford an attorney yet do not qualify for a public defender.I have been ill and currenly have my home in foreclosure as a result of this. I am in the position of having to defend my self. Any suggestions about how I can do this? Or where I might find help

If you have been charged multiple times you are going to have difficulties with showing lack of knowledge or that you were "not aware" I would suggest you hire an attorney in lieu of defending yourself. You are facing a felony charge which means you are facing prison time.

If you have to go it on your own you are gambling with your freedom. Gather together proof of the payments and the renewed license and meet with an attorney.
