Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

My boyfriend just received a speeding ticket if this ticket goes threw he will have acquired 12 points on his license in one year. He did attend traffic school in July of 09 by court order. We understand with 12 points he will lose his license for 30 days. We need to know if he can attend school again or what we can do as his the main provider for his family and he will lose his job if this happens. please help

Florida allows a driver to elect the class option five (5) times in their lifetime and restricts you from taking it more than once within a twelve month span. A court ordered driving class does not count towards this total & would not disqualify him from taking the course in this case.

All of that being said, I must agree with my colleague. Hiring an attorney will put your boyfriend in a much better position & would be his best option.
