Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
My license is suspended for lack of insurance on my car, and failing to pay a traffic ticket. I have to get a background check for a rental property, will this show up on my background check?

More likely if it was a job application but really depends on the type of check they perform. Some rental properties conduct a more detailed check than others.
It is too large a risk to continue with a suspended license. You need to rectify the matter as soon as possible.
