Obtaining Driver's License with Suspended License

Approximately 18 months ago I recieved a ticket for driving with a suspended license. I then missed my court date a couple of months later. I currently reside in Georgia and would a) like to clear my violations in Florida and b) obtain a driver's license in Georgia.
