speeding ticket
speeding ticket issued 5/13/08 and
still no record at courthouse.17 miles over the limit.would like to have it handled so that i receive no points. i was only traveling 1/2 block from parking lot when i was stopped. car trouble

You can take the traffic school and receive no points. Also, if you aren't eligible or don't want to do the traffic school, a lawyer can probable help you to arrange a plea in which you receive no points.

Sometimes it takes a while for the ticket to make it's way into the clerks system.
If the ticket is here in broward I will handle it for a hundred bucks and should be able to get it resolved with no points or adjudication.
