Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

state of florida is fining me $2000 for an accident that I haven't been given he chance to plea my side or say my piece. can I be legally found at fault in a judicial judgment without the opportunity to plea my case or face my accuser or something? what can I do

You can hire a civil lawyer to dispute the claim, as it sounds like you didn't have insurance for the accident. A traffic lawyer can't help you, so seek out a civil or personal injury/accident lawyer to help you out. Alternatively, you could pay the judgment to get your license back sooner.

If a judgment was entered against you that means there was a trial and you had an opportunity to be heard. If you were never served a copy of the Complaint, you can move to vacate the judgment.
