Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
what is the time limit for a lawyer to charge a fee or a percentage of a case he tried to get after he dropped it and gave it back to the client in order for him to have a right to the percentage or fee.

Not quite sure what you're asking because traffic cases and criminal cases are NOT allowed to be done on a percentage basis. If this is a personal injury case, then you should post your question there.
